Correct Answer
Hemp

And here's something for you to take back

Hempcrete is a biocomposite material, a mixture of hemp hurds, lime, or pozzolans ( silicate-based materials), used as a material for insulation and construction. It is a lightweight insulating material ideal for most climates as it combines insulation and thermal mass.

As hemp hurds are usually considered a waste residue of hemp fiber processing, use of these to make building materials also makes for sustainable of waste, further adding to its low carbon credentials.
